Cardio Day: This is what I consider an easy day! 

Start your workout  with a stretching routine to warm up your muscles and help you avoid injury.  

Stretching also has numerous benefits including some of the following:
Helps to reduce soar and achy muscles.
Improves blood flow.
Improves flexibility and range of motion.

DAY 3

Do anyone of the following exercises for a minimum of 20 minutes

Run / Jog

Swim

Bike

Walk

Tennis/RacquetBall 

Etc.

Walking alone has several established health benefits including the following:

  • Increases energy
  • Improves your mood, lifts your spirits
  • Clears your mind
  • Improves blood circulation
  • Strengthens your heart
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Stops loss of bone mass
  • Slows aging and increases life span

Enjoy Day 3, because Day 4 is another High Intensity Interval Routine that’s going to have you looking forward to Day 7 (Cardio Day Again)!
