Cilantro Lime Brown Rice with a Kick Recipe: Easy to make and you'll discover you can be as creative as you like by adding your favorite ingredients!

  1. 1 1/2 cups Brown Rice
  2. Small bunch Cilantro - chopped (remove upper 1/3 or so of stalk)
  3. 1 bunch Green Onions - chopped
  4. 1 Poblano or Anaheim pepper - chopped
  5. 1 small Lime
  6. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  7. Sea Salt
  1. Cook brown rice per instructions
  2. In frying pan add olive oil and turn stove top to medium low heat
  3. Add in cilantro, green onion and poblano/anaheim pepper
  4. Zest the lime and add to the rice and cut the lime in half and add in the lime juice
  5. Add Sea Salt to taste
  6. Cook until peppers are just tender stirring occasionally and serve
