This Delicious Granola Recipe is so good, you won’t mind that it’s healthy too! It will be a big hit with your family. Loaded with your favorite nuts and seeds, coconut, chewy fruit and healthy oats and sweetened with raw honey.

Healthy Granola Recipe - Tasty!
This healthy granola recipe is a favorite in my house and never lasts long! Great for breakfast or as a healthy snack on the run for the perfect energy boost for your day.

  1. 3 cups rolled oats
  2. 1 cup cashews
  3. 1 cup sunflower seeds
  4. 1 cup slivered almonds
  5. 1 cup ground flax seed (I have used both ground and whole seed, good either way)
  6. 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  7. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp sea salt
  9. 1/2 cup coconut oil
  10. 1/2 cup honey
  11. 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  12. 2 tsp vanilla
  13. 1 cup dried cranberries
  14. 1 cup raisins
  1. Set baking temperature to 250-265 degrees (you'll find oven temps vary)
  2. You will need two cookie sheets to spread granola mixture on.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients (except raisins and cranberries)
  4. Melt coconut oil and add to dry ingredients
  5. Add honey and maple syrup and vanilla
  6. Spread mixture on baking sheets and place in oven for 15 minutes, then remove and stir with spatula and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes, then remove and add raisins and cranberries and stir (make sure its not sticking) and place in oven again for final 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  1. You may find that you will need to increase or decrease your oven temperature as oven temps tend to vary...
  2. I always try to use raw nuts and organic ingredients as much as possible.
