Healthy Hummus Recipe - Yum!
This delicious hummus recipe bursts with mouth watering flavor, its easy to make and the best part is, its good for you too!

  1. 2 Cans Garbanzo Beans
  2. 1/2 Cup Tahini
  3. 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  4. 3-5 Medium Garlic Cloves: (depending on your desired level of spiciness)
  5. Sea Salt (to taste)
  6. Cayenne pepper
  7. Olive Oil
  1. Drain 1 can Garbanzo beans and drain about 1/3 of the liquid from the 2nd can and pour into food processor.
  2. Add Lemon Juice, Tahini and Garlic Cloves and Sea Salt.
  3. Process hummus to desired smoothness: (if you think the hummus is to thick for your liking you can add a little water until you achieve desired consistency)
  4. Sprinkle with Cayenne ( or not ) and drizzle with olive oil and serve.
