Ingredients
  1. 1 Head Red Cabbage - chopped
  2. 4-5 medium cloves fresh garlic - minced
  3. * About 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. * About 2 tbsp lemon juice
  5. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Toss together all above ingredients and add sea salt to taste and serve!
  2. Note: I say "about" in regards to the olive oil and lemon juice because I have always made this free hand so the amounts are approximate 🙂
